I'm a current T-Mobile customer and personally T-Mobiles service could be a lot better. The problem with T-Mobile is that they spend so much money in paying on other carriers ETF's and IB (Installment Billing) balances same with Sprint where they could use that money in making their Tower Network #1 just like Verizon or AT&T.

Sprint and T-Mobile should be concentrating in getting their networks stronger for instance T-Mobile still uses 2G technology in many places and the 4G signal they have is about as fast as old 3G systems I have literally had 3 bars of 4G and the page takes almost 3 mins to load and good luck on 2G your webpage loads will always time out because it is so slow that the browser thinks there is no response. As for sprint they decided to create a LTE network known as the spark network that provides, however none of their phones that are Spark network capable can Call and surf the web at the same time you literally have to turn off LTE and switch the phones to CDMA and they have no ETA in sight when a patch will be released for all their devices. I know this as a fact because my friend works for them. Their Airave service that is really run by your router is just a glorified WiFi router provides a CMDA connection meaning that it only broadcasts 3g speeds and emits a cell signal that cannot do a hand-off to a cell network if its life depended on it (also confirmed by the many customers that call him at the call center).

T-Mobile also depends on its customers to use WiFi so it puts a signal to their extremely spotty service John Legere seems to be fascinated in making sure everyone has a WiFi router in their home so they connect and the thing is if they weren't spending all that money on ETF's, IB's and WiFi routers that will put a means to their end T-Mobile will never be Network strong. Their coverage map offends me saying that I have LTE in my work and home right at my address you can rest assured their maps and any other carriers maps are a lie on how their coverage is today (also confirmed by my friend).

John Legere is a man full of broken promises my first ever Nexus phone the Nexus 6 was promised in a video blog of his that every new phone from that point from T-Mobile would have WiFi calling out of the box and that as also way before the phone was even released, guess what I got the phone and no WiFi, then they say that 5.1 lollipop will have it and as it got closer and closer to that patch coming out they decided to recant and say its not coming, so what could I do i barely had a signal at my home that supposedly says I have GOOD LTE when I only have 1 bar of 2G, I figured maybe the phone was not powerful enough to pick it up so i had them send me a CelFi 4g LTE Booster. They said all I have to do is put it into a window and it would pick up the signal and to my suspicions were correct they did lie about the coverage the machine didn't pick up anything, I tried every window in the house even brought it outside, so I had to threaten them with leaving T-Mobile and they offered me the ability to jump from my current phone which I had to pay for at $10 bucks a month and which I spent already 200 bucks on in taxes and installment billing monthly dues on the Nexus 6, The phone was flawless even still had the protecting film on the screen no scratches never a problem. I had no choice my calls were dropping like flies and I had to get a phone that supported WiFi calling. Now I'm back to square one. Thanks John for being a Liar…

Then you have Google a company that wants to combine these two misfits and unite both their networks as one. Good luck with that I hope it works adding them both together would only bring both of them into the realm of wireless coverage that is just below AT&T coverage quality. Also if you remember that Sprint and T-mobile wanted to merge before and couldn't because they were denied, they just found a way to beat the system. Which I wouldn't be surprised if they stepped in to stop.

The only thing Verizon or AT&T have to do is offer affordable phones and a unlimited talk, text and data plan. Then they would just watch all the customers from Sprint and T-mobile disappear and go straight to them (Me included).

I think that Verizon and AT&T should join together with a third party vendor like google merging their networks and offering a Affordable phone package with 2 year contracts again getting the phone for a reasonable amount not this installment billing theory like your doing us all a favor and then charge about $50 to 65 per line I would be happy with that…

Doing a half arsed job on a smartwatch is one thing but Google providing a full mobile phone service seems a bit rich. They can't be bothered to stock their website, they're notoriously terrible at customer service and they have a patchy track record at actually sticking to projects they've started.

All that said, they're almost certainly never gonna release it here so, good luck to 'em.
