    I’m stupid excited for when somebody get’s a modified suite of emulators ported over to this. Something like Retropie would make this a must have for anybody who grew up with a gameboy.

    I am unjustifiably excited by this. The idea of being able to tinker with the source code to games you download is honestly the coolest thing I’ve heard all week.

    It’s fun to see something new in mobile, I miss the days of crazy double screened Kyocera phones. They were so fun to read about

    Reminds me of the spirit of the Chumby. Or physically, more like the Wikireader. Always kind of wanted both, which left you wondering “Why do I want this?”, just like this.

    I would really love to see a review like this of the DragonBox Pyra when it comes out at the end of the year. it won’t be a 49 dollar computer but I think it comes with pretty much what you asked at the end.

    The digital version of those New Balance throwbacks everyone wears now. It’s not supposed to be that functional. It’s for ‘hacking’ even if everyone will actually use a laptop or Pi for actual making/hacking.
