I’ve said this all along, yet the media deliberately continued to publish nonsense, and the sheep fell for it.

Whilst Samsung know people want the best does it remotely matter in reality?

The majority of users won’t be able to tell the difference. My S7 Edge has a slower chipset. Is it slow? Nope.

I agree to some extent about the speed, most flagships are fast enough these days, and most won’t notice the difference. But, there is a lot more to it than that. The 820 and 821 weren’t that efficient, check out the battery tests between the 820 and the Exynos 8890, the Exynos was considerably ahead. The 835 looks to be much more efficient, which will mean a noticeable improvement in battery life. There is also Quick Charge 4 and other features in the 835. I think it does matter, and will matter to those who are tech savvy and can be honest with themselves.
