It also argues that if the government wins this case, it would set a dangerous precedent for future law enforcement requests to companies.

Lol….yea not that Apple would be setting a precedent in giving the terrorists a platform in which to hide.

  2. Elna Crona says:

The FBI just wants a way into our privacy any time they want.. It does little good AFTER they have (Terrorist) killed dozens! Control Threw Fear, that is what out good ol' government does.

What we need is stronger, more secure encryption & security.. protect our infrastructure from foreign invaders & secure our borders & that will stop 99% of the problem!

    Dear U.S. Government,
If you want to make our country more secure, look into putting some of our most talented hackers to work for us before it's too late!!

At the current rate at witch our current government is going, we will be at nuclear war before years end.

WE, THE PEOPLE, NEED TO STAND UP & CHANGE HOW OUR COUNTRY/GOVERNMENT IS BEING RUN.. IT'S TIME FOR REAL CHANGE!!

  3. Dr. Bertha Zemlak says:

Gates apparent lack of understanding toward the simple facts around encryption is no accident. Look deeper and ye shall find beneath the veneer of philanthropic sincerity lies a shark. Ignore the has-been and focus on the facts. NO to back-doors. Strange why Gates lest the Government doesn't refer to McAfee, who promised he would crack the device for them. If the government were serious about what matters, they would stop playing games with the legal system and get on with the issue at hand.

Anyone who touts the straw man terrorist argument against encryption, such as Telgram, et'al,. Watch them closely for they are themselves a fraud. It goes without saying, If someone wants to communicate via secretive means, they will use systems that are beyond the average man to do so. Attacking messaging solutions used by the masses only serves to harm the layman, the man in the street, by way of the unbridled power of .gov #Bilderberg
