Samsung announced that that its mirror display has been commercially installed for the first time in a LEEKAJA HAIRBIS salon in Seoul, Korea. Using Samsung’s 55-inch mirror displays, Leekaja hairbis – the most stylish and prestigious hair salon brand in Korea will now provide a customized experience to their clients. Clients can consult different styles and colors and information on the latest trends, straight from the mirror display.
Following the first commercial installation, Samsung expects the application of mirror displays to increase in various scenarios including fashion, furniture, interior design and retail. The 55-inch mirror display model will be available worldwide starting Q3, 2016. Samsung’s mirror displays, which enable clients to provide an interactive environment for their customers, received a lot of attention in numerous exhibitions including CES 2016 and ISE 2016.
Leekaja hairbis was established by Madame Leekaja back in 1972 in South Korea and was the first franchised hair dressing brand. Since then, LKJ hairbis has been the most stylish and prestigious hair salon brand in Korea and have branched out overseas with 130 shops in Korea, 15 in USA, 33in China and most recently launched the first LKJ hair salon in Australia.
