  1. Lamar Larkin Jr. says:

having owned and used multiple phones, both QHD and FHD in VR, can safely say there is next to no difference between the two in VR mode.

better battery life over a barely noticeable difference in screen clarity any day of the week.

  2. Magnolia Nicolas says:

"I like having a charger at home, at work, in the car and in my rucksack – that's three additional Dash chargers I need to purchase". Or you could just take it with you. They're not exactly big. Just take it with you in your rucksack…..

  3. Shanny Collins says:

The price was just cut a few days ago…

  4. Prof. Holly Padberg says:

Am in the same position as you. Want to change my phone but not sure if to go with the Oneplus 2 or 3… Am also anticipating a price drop which might not happen.

  5. Frederik Oberbrunner MD says:

Google the Samsung Upgrade Programme 😉

  6. Domenick Hagenes says:

ofc your experience worth against all others

  7. Lolita Klocko says:

I think you should do something with your hair AND stop complaining about 64 GB internal storage which is more than enough.

  8. Mr. Monserrate Denesik says:

i just jumped from 296ppi to 400+ on my 5.5 inch oppo f1 plus at 1080p , and i can say its more than enough unless the phone is 2 inches to my eyes i cant really see anything at all and even then the VR is more farther than that , you cant really see any pixels .

  9. Brennan Streich says:

It's a complicated picture, that's for sure. I wonder which gen oled they're using on the 3.

  10. Darrick Stokes says:

I would say go for the OnePlus 3. Worth the extra cost.

  11. Queen Shanahan says:

Only 64GB?! Only Full HD?! I think you guys have missed something on your iPhone review.

  12. Dr. Baylee Fisher says:

Agreed, I had the s6 edge and while fast charge was amazing to have, the battery life itself always proved to be a let down.

  13. Irma Terry says:

and? you get a guaranteed upgrade every year, pair it together with a SIM-only contract and you can have the best flagship for a very decent price.

  14. Prof. Aileen Wehner says:

my sd card died with in 6 months of heavy usage , write limit reached , its a useless media

  15. Miss Pascale Moen IV says:

so you're really interpreting it to mean "flagship that kills" rather than a "the killer of flagships"?
I don't disagree it's a fantastic phone for the price but you can't downplay specs/performance and design over price when commenting on "flagship killer" phone.

  16. Ressie Morissette MD says:

it worth clrearly just for the design and camera

  17. Rollin Kautzer says:

I wouldn't say thicker – look at the S7. They kept the design of the S6 and put the micro SD slot (up to 200gb btw) in the SIM tray. Also wouldn't say it makes it slower, again depends what app you load onto your SD card but read/write speeds are more than decent to run non-essential apps!

  18. Blaise Moore says:

uhm is this REALLY a flagship killer though..?

My S7 Edge trumps OPO3 by a mile. I can live without QHD but having no SD expansion and sub-par camera are a deal breaker for me. I'm liking the design more than the OPO2 but still it pales in comparison to the S7 and S7 Edge.

  19. Mr. Grayson Effertz says:

Its so hard to see what the battery life is like. Waiting for gsmarena to show their more objective test, even if it isn't as realistic, since it can easily be compared with other phones on a number of parameters.

  20. Delpha Stoltenberg DVM says:

You're missing the point of 'flagship killer' They call it this because you get flagship specs (or very very close) for much less than the flagship price of Samsung, HTC, Apple etc for the device only off contract. This is a fantastic phone for the price.

  21. Josefina Bernier says:

And your S7 Edge costs more than twice as much.

  22. Prof. Thaddeus Fahey IV says:

Yeah, I agree. And the fact that it has no expandable storage isn't a negative either. I have only just about used 64GB on my laptop that I've had for 2.5 years; I'm never going to fill a phone. It just makes the phone uglier, thicker and slower.

  23. Sheldon Willms Sr. says:

Amoled doesn't kill the battery. The galaxy s6 had a more efficient screen than the s5 despite twice the number of pixels. That's just the screen though, the extra strain on the GPU would affect battery.

  24. Rhea Gleason says:

It supports 4G on all UK networks.

  25. Norma Jenkins says:

And how much does that cost? Oh, just an extra £25 a month!
